Silver Stag Inspections has been a long dream of Nathan. A dream that he can share his experience and knowledge to help people find their dream home. He strives to educate home buyers on what home maintenance they need to address currently as well as what to look out for in the years to come. Nathan grew up living in south central Wisconsin, spending most of his childhood, fishing, boating, camping, golfing, hunting, and playing with the family dogs.
Nathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He then attended Police Academy at Blackhawk Technical Institute in Janesville WI. After a brief time serving as a Police Officer, Nathan and his wife Pearl moved to Kalamazoo MI. In Michigan, Nathan found he loved working on his own house which led him to start his new career as a carpenter. He worked for a company that rebuilt houses that had been victims of fire, water damage, tree damage, etc. This presented him with the fun and challenging problem of rebuilding an existing house while updating the house to current codes and practices.
Nathan, along with Pearl and their two dogs, moved back to southern WI in 2019, where he continued to grow his knowledge working in construction and installing seamless steel siding. With being back in WI, Nathan was able to start Silver Stag Inspection with his childhood friend Andrew.
